ESTATE BLUEPRINT LEGAL SERVICES PLAN

In order to have precise plans or plans that work providing peace of mind, it is important to regularly review your plan and assets. Further, an important part of estate planning is having documents that say what you want, when you want and how you want.

We have created a process that requires a regular review and check system to verify all assets are properly planned for. More specifically, any assets acquired after the original funding of assets would need to be added to the estate plan. There may also be changes in law or tax code that should be reviewed to verify your documents are well settled.

This system also saves you time and money. Rather than going to see a lawyer every time you need to make a change and paying hourly fees, we have an annual update program.

The estate blueprint legal services plan helps maintain your plan allowing you to make changes where you need all while owning your plan.

This program includes the following services:

• Initial and annual funding review to verify assets are properly titled.
• Annual Funding review to make sure all assets, including newly acquired assets are properly funded in your plan.
• Educational programs for you and your beneficiaries to learn more and be better prepared.
• Word processing Amendments. There are many modifications and amendments that are necessary to have a plan that works over the course of time. These changes are included for no additional cost.

From our experience as part of a wider network of estate planning attorneys, the average cost in legal expenses from settlement typically range from 2-5% of the gross estate value. However, as part of our estate blueprint legal services program, our settlement costs typically fall between 1-2% of the gross estate value.
