Roger Yehl is the founder and managing attorney at the Law Offices of Roger J. Yehl.  He is enrolled as a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.  Roger founded his firm in 2004 while also working as staff attorney to a trustee in bankruptcy.  It is exactly that experience in bankruptcy that has prepared Roger to be a better estate planning attorney.  He brings a unique blend of estate planning knowledge and asset protection having practiced in the bankruptcy and creditor world.

Also, upon completion from Law School, Roger obtained financial licenses including the Series 7, Series 66 and California Life and Health.  This financial background positions Roger to provide appropriate advice and recommendations to be sure a plan will work.  In addition, Roger works closely with many advisors to ensure that your plan will work!

Roger believes that peace of mind comes with greater knowledge and control over one’s life. This is why he works as an estate planning attorney with the goal of educating and meeting client wishes. Roger grew up in Western New York where he attended the State University of New York at Fredonia receiving a degree in political science. He then moved to San Diego where he obtained his doctorate of law from the private school of Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Roger is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. This nationwide group of attorneys has a unique approach to estate planning that customizes plan to meet client goals.
