Why do we practice estate planning?

• We believe in successful planning; personal, emotional and financial. • We believe in building long-term relationships with select individuals who have lifelong goals. • We believe in peace of mind throughout the different phases of our lives. • We believe that happiness is a state of mind that comes with the satisfaction of knowing our personal and family finances are taken care of. • We believe in protecting assets for those whom we choose to provide for. • We believe in family. • We believe in successful planning that meets our client's wishes. • We believe in retaining control and peace of mind if we become disabled. • We believe in emotional and financial support as part of our legacy.

How do we accomplish our goals?

• We listen to our clients. • We educate our clients. • We let our clients design their own plan while we provide the legal expertise. • We have a strong belief in building long-term trust for more effective planning. • We are committed to our clients’ needs. • We are a member of a large national network of estate planning attorneys.

How are we different?

• We educate our clients on the different aspects of estate planning. • We listen to our clients’ wishes and assist in drafting Trusts that will work. • We help build a plan that each client will be able to own as it will reflect their unique wishes. • Additionally, we build these plans while considering the legal implications each client faces; i.e, tax issues, disability, etc… • We spend time with our clients to develop a plan that will meet their goals. • We have a maintenance program to ensure our clients plans will work. • We have a fee structure that discloses the fees. This allows for the clients to ensure there is cash flow upon their death. • We provide education to our clients, the trustees, and the beneficiaries to eliminate any stress and allow for a smooth transition.
